Sundial Socials is a free introduction service, not a package holiday operator. We are not ATOL-licensed. Any contract for accommodation, travel, or tennis facilities is between you and the resort directly. Sundial Socials accepts no liability for the services provided by third-party resorts.
The service
Sundial Socials introduces groups to tennis resorts. We earn a referral fee from the resort when an introduction results in a booking. This service is free to enquiring groups.
No package holiday
We do not sell package holidays as defined by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. We are not ATOL-licensed. You book and contract directly with the resort.
Accuracy of information
Resort details (pricing, facilities, availability) are provided in good faith but may change. Always confirm details with the resort before booking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundial Socials accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or any resort introduction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
